What does it cost?
Nothing upfront and no monthly fee. We take 10% of the new revenue we bring you, so you keep 90%. Bookings you get on your own stay 100% yours.
Where do the renters come from?
We go out and find them: transport companies, caterers, academies, temple trusts and traders who need space for a night, a week or a season. They send us a request, and we bring it to a venue that's free on those days.
Will new bookings clash with my weddings and events?
No. Your events come first. We only book days and hours that are free in your calendar, and leave time to clear the space before your next event. Night parking from 6 pm to 8 am, for example, leaves every day free for events.
Do I have to accept every renter?
No. We send you each deal first, and nothing is booked until you say yes.
What kind of venues do you work with?
Lawns, halls, mangal karyalayas, banquets and farmhouses across western Maharashtra. If your venue has rooms, a kitchen, a hall or open ground, it can usually earn on its empty days.
